Having spent this past year deeply engaged with our vibrant community\u2014through school events, meaningful conversations with UPAZ parents, and interactions with our outstanding students and staff\u2014I&#8217;ve witnessed firsthand what makes UISZ exceptional.<\/p>\n<p>Our school&#8217;s commitment to holistic, future-focused education comes alive as a world class IB Continuum and renowned Forest School, which together provide our students with unparalleled opportunities to thrive in our ever-changing world. The IB framework challenges learners to think critically and globally, while our Forest School cultivates resilience, creativity, and a profound connection with nature\u2014powerful combinations that prepare students to navigate tomorrow&#8217;s complexities with confidence.<\/p>\n<p>As I assume leadership of UISZ while continuing my role as Superintendent overseeing both UISZ and UISG, I bring valuable insights from my experience leading international schools across Asia, Africa, and the United States. What excites me most is strengthening what already makes our school distinctive: our innovative blend of rigorous academics through the IB programs with the transformative, hands-on learning of Forest School. These signature programs, combined with our &#8220;Explore. Adapt. Impact.&#8221; vision, position UISZ students to become the agile, compassionate leaders our world needs.<\/p>\n<p>I look forward to collaborating with our entire community\u2014students, parents, and educators alike\u2014as we write UISZ&#8217;s next chapter together.
