Dear UISZ Community
\u4eb2\u7231\u7684\u589e\u57ce\u8a89\u5fb7\u83b1\u793e\u533a\uff0c<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am delighted to introduce myself as the new Head of School of test.utahloy.cn International School Zengcheng (UISZ), and to embark on this exciting journey alongside each of you. With over 20 years dedicated to international education, I bring a wealth of experience in IB curriculum and school leadership across diverse global settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u6211\u5f88\u9ad8\u5174\u80fd\u6210\u4e3a\u5e7f\u5dde\u589e\u57ce\u8a89\u5fb7\u83b1\u5916\u7c4d\u4eba\u5458\u5b50\u5973\u5b66\u6821\uff08UISZ\uff09\u7684\u65b0\u4efb\u6821\u957f\uff0c\u4e0e\u4f60\u4eec\u4e00\u8d77\u8e0f\u4e0a\u8fd9\u6bb5\u6fc0\u52a8\u4eba\u5fc3\u7684\u65c5\u7a0b\u3002\u6211\u5728\u56fd\u9645\u6559\u80b2\u9886\u57df\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e8620\u591a\u5e74\uff0c\u5728IB\u8bfe\u7a0b\u548c\u5b66\u6821\u9886\u5bfc\u65b9\u9762\u6709\u7740\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684\u7ecf\u9a8c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My journey in education has taken me from Korea to the United States, Qatar, India, and the Democratic Republic of Congo, shaping my perspective on fostering inclusive and dynamic learning environments. Having previously served in leadership roles within IB schools in India, the United States, and the DRC, I am thrilled to return to China and lead UISZ into its next chapter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u4ece\u97e9\u56fd\u5230\u7f8e\u56fd\u3001\u5361\u5854\u5c14\u3001\u5370\u5ea6\u548c\u521a\u679c\uff08\u91d1\uff09\uff0c\u6211\u7684\u6559\u80b2\u4e4b\u65c5\u5851\u9020\u4e86\u6211\u5bf9\u8425\u9020\u5168\u7eb3\u548c\u52a8\u6001\u5b66\u4e60\u73af\u5883\u7684\u770b\u6cd5\u3002\u6211\u66fe\u5728\u5370\u5ea6\u3001\u7f8e\u56fd\u548c\u521a\u679c\uff08\u91d1\uff09\u7684\u56fd\u9645\u6587\u51ed\u5b66\u6821\u62c5\u4efb\u9886\u5bfc\u804c\u52a1\uff0c\u6211\u5f88\u9ad8\u5174\u80fd\u56de\u5230\u4e2d\u56fd\uff0c\u5e26\u9886\u589e\u57ce\u8a89\u5fb7\u83b1\u7ffb\u5f00\u65b0\u7684\u7bc7\u7ae0\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Joining me in this adventure are my wife, who will contribute her expertise in the PYP division, and our daughter, who is enrolled in the MYP programme. Our family’s commitment to education is deeply rooted, and we are eager to become integral members of the UISZ community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u548c\u6211\u4e00\u8d77\u53c2\u52a0\u8fd9\u6b21\u6559\u80b2\u65c5\u7a0b\u7684\u8fd8\u6709\u6211\u7684\u59bb\u5b50\uff0c\u5979\u5c06\u5728\u5c0f\u5b66\u90e8\u8d21\u732e\u5979\u7684\u4e13\u4e1a\u77e5\u8bc6\uff0c\u8fd8\u6709\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u5973\u513f\uff0c\u5979\u5c06\u5c31\u8bfb\u4e8eMYP\u8bfe\u7a0b\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5168\u5bb6\u4eba\u5bf9\u6559\u80b2\u7684\u627f\u8bfa\u6839\u6df1\u8482\u56fa\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u6e34\u671b\u6210\u4e3a\u589e\u57ce\u8a89\u5fb7\u83b1\u793e\u533a\u4e0d\u53ef\u6216\u7f3a\u7684\u4e00\u5458\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am passionate about cultivating a community where exploration, learning, and growth flourish. Central to my educational philosophy is innovation and contextual learning, ensuring that our students not only excel academically but also develop into thoughtful global citizens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u6211\u70ed\u8877\u4e8e\u57f9\u517b\u4e00\u4e2a\u63a2\u7d22\u3001\u5b66\u4e60\u548c\u6210\u957f\u84ec\u52c3\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u793e\u533a\u3002\u6211\u7684\u6559\u80b2\u7406\u5ff5\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u662f\u521b\u65b0\u548c\u60c5\u5883\u5b66\u4e60\uff0c\u786e\u4fdd\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u5b66\u751f\u4e0d\u4ec5\u5728\u5b66\u4e1a\u4e0a\u53d6\u5f97\u4f18\u5f02\u6210\u7ee9\uff0c\u8fd8\u80fd\u6210\u957f\u4e3a\u6709\u601d\u60f3\u7684\u4e16\u754c\u516c\u6c11\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I look forward to meeting each of you, collaborating closely with faculty, staff, students, and parents, as we work together to elevate UISZ to new heights of excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
