Invitational Swim Meet<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saturday, 11th October, saw a group of UISG swimmers<\/strong><\/em> head down to AISG for their annual Invitational Swim Meet. This is a competitive gala for the Guangzhou schools. School holidays and clashes with other sports competitions meant that we attended with a few regular swimmers missing from the squad, but those who attended did not disappoint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We competed in a range of relay and individual events, with quite a few heats in each event. Our swimmers were amazing and won many heats and a large number went on to gain top 6 places. There were also some standout performances where our top swimmers even won their events. Mostly importantly they all had fun, with many achieving personal best times in their respective events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
